wk999 may suspend or close an account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other conduct that wk999 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform or to other players.
Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, wk999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct — for example, if wk999 were to cease operations in a particular market — all verified player balances would be returned in full.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@wk999.click. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been assessed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wk999 is not liable for: (a) any loss or damage arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the player; (b) losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages or platform unavailability, except where caused by wk999's gross negligence; (c) errors in information provided by third-party data feeds, such as live sports scores used for in-play betting, where wk999 has acted in good faith on that information; (d) any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
wk999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
